Mr. Pincus received his BBA from the College of William & Mary in 1977, his J.D, magna cum laude, from Â鶹´«Ã½ Law School in 1980 and his LL.M. in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1983.
Bio
Robert B. Pincus led Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s corporate practice in its Wilmington, Delaware office and chaired the Firm’s Partnership Selection Committee for many years prior to his retirement in 2018. He represented and advised clients in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments and the Delaware law aspects of transactions, fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters. Since his retirement, he has been an Adjunct Professor at Â鶹´«Ã½ Law School and at George Washington University Law School.
