Chay Rao is the Director of Strategic Communications and PR for the School of Public Affairs at Â鶹´«Ã½.
A creative, accurate, and results-driven communications professional, Chay has worked in the education, journalism, and business sectors, with extensive experience creating and implementing integrated communications plans that incorporate a variety of channels (news stories, website content, social media) into a holistic strategy that manages and protects the brand and tone of company-wide messaging, both for internal and external audiences.
