What is Academic Coaching?

In one-on-one meetings, learners work with academicÌýcoaches to identifyÌýand enhance academic strategies. Sessions are interactive and learners can expect to leave with a strategic action plan.Ìý

Who can utilize coaching?

Our year-round services are open to all degree-seeking AU learners, undergraduateÌýandÌýgraduate.Ìý

Where does it take place?

Virtual Sessions are held via Microsoft Teams, Monday - Friday. Students mayÌý as one of theÌýMicrosoft Office 365 Applications.ÌýIn-person sessions are also available throughout the week. Please check our for details.Ìý

How many sessions can I scheduleÌýin a semester?

You may Ìýeach week (Monday-Friday).

Depending on the focus, learners attend coaching sessions as often as once a week or as little as once or twice a semester. You can share with your coach what feels right for you.Ìý

Digital resources can be foundÌýin our onlineÌýResourceÌýLibrary.Ìý

Where can I find hardcopiesÌýof resources?

Hardcopies can be found on the resource wall outside of MGC 243.
