Bio
Michael Jacobson is an associate in the International Trade and Investment and International Arbitration practices of Hogan Lovells. Michael represents clients on a broad range of matters in the areas of international dispute settlement, public international law, U.S. trade litigation, international trade and investment policy, and international trade compliance before various U.S. government agencies. Michael’s practice includes assisting clients with a range of dispute settlement, regulatory and policy matters in the areas of WTO law, investment treaty arbitration, international trade and investment policy, international commercial arbitration, customs, export controls, economic sanctions, and national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
