Chris White
Chris White is an Associate at Clark Hill. He counsels public and private entities in all areas of federal government procurement and market development and works with clients in the assessment, development, and implementation of federal procurement compliance programs.
Mr. White reviews solicitations; drafts proposals, contracts, and subcontracts; assists with contract negotiations; and performs government contract due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he advises contractors during government audits, investigations, and dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. White also represents clients before the U.S. General Accountability Office as well as the Boards of Contract Appeals and the Courts of the Federal Circuit.
His practice extends into the Emerging Technology field through drafting, negotiating, and commenting on various contracts and agreements for cryptocurrency investors and traders, and the cannabis industry. He dedicates his pro bono efforts towards assisting and promoting Veterans and Veteran issues.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Mr. White served in the United States Navy as an Active Duty Surface Warfare Officer. During his career, Chris worked as Main Propulsion, Force Protection, Training, Port Operations, Harbor Security, Oil Spill Abatement, and Port Security Officer. He was based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Naval Support Activity Souda Bay, and conducted missions throughout the Middle East. Mr. White is now serving as a JAG in the Naval Reserve Forces.
Mr. White earned his J.D. from Â鶹´«Ã½ Washington College of Law as well as an M.B.A. from AU’s Kogod School of Business. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Purdue University.
