Frame the Lawyers 2019 - Opening Reception

The Opening Reception for the “Annual Frame the Lawyers Exhibit 2019” will take place at 鶹ý, Washington College of Law, hosted by the Program on Information, Justice and Intellectual Property in partnership with Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts (WALA).

From April 26 - June 2, 2019, the juried exhibition by a panel of member artists and attorneys from Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts will be on display at AUWCL on the Terrace Level of the Yuma Building showcasing a gallery of artwork by law students, practicing & retired attorneys.

Join us for the opening night of the exhibit, which will feature a silent auction and sponsorship opportunities.

Professor Michael Carroll Published New Paper "The Triumph of Three Big Ideas in Fair Use Jurisprudence"

Professors Carroll and Peter Jaszi, published a new paper, The Triumph of Three Big Ideas in Fair Use Jurisprudence.  The article, published in the Tulane Law Review, argues that the Court’s decisions on fair use, which represent one-third of the Court’s total merits decisions, are historic.
