Open Enrollment Programs

Key offers two open enrollment programs to expand the modern public management knowledge, values, and skills of government executives.

• The Key Executive Leadership Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a 36-credit hour graduate course of study on the skills, knowledge, and values needed for effective performance as a high-level executive.
• The Key Executive Leadership Certificate is an eight-course certificate program designed to provide a unique experience for seasoned managers with an interest in strengthening their management and leadership skills and furthering their public service career.

Agency-Sponsored and Customizable Programs

To further meet the needs of agencies, the Key Executive Leadership Programs offers agency-sponsored and tailored programs, which offer agencies more flexibility, cost-effective training, customized content, and comprehensive program and administrative support.
