Tuition
The tuition cost for the Key Executive Leadership MPA Program is $2,106Â per credit. This per-credit fee includes tuition, textbooks, learning materials and student fees. There is no increase in tuition during the program.
Public service employees receive a 25% total tuition discount.Â
Payment can be paid by semester or in one lump sum. Special monthly arrangements can be made with the Office of Student Accounts for participants funding their own tuition.
Financing Your Degree
Payment of full program cost can be made in advance of the program, throughout the semester before each course begins, or a payment arrangement can be made. However, all program cost must be paid in full before the student will graduate and/or receive his or her diploma.
Available Scholarships
Key offers the Key Executive MPA Scholarship to incoming and current Key MPA students. Four awards are available to new students in the Fall cohorts, and four awards are available to all current Key MPA students in the Spring.
In addition, Key awards two merit-based scholarships, The Donald G. Zauderer and Anita F. Alpern Scholarships, to currently enrolled students.

Financial Aid
Graduate students enrolled at least half-time may be eligible for federal loans. To apply, complete and submit the . Â鶹´«Ã½'s FAFSA code is 001434.

Yellow Ribbon Program
Â鶹´«Ã½ is a proud supporter of the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program (Yellow Ribbon Program). The Yellow Ribbon Program allows Universities to voluntarily enter into an agreement with the Veterans Administration to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state tuition rate. Universities can contribute up to 50% of those expenses and the Veterans Administration will match the same amount as the school.
Who is Eligible?
- Students who served a total of at least 3 years (36 months) after September 10, 2001
- Students who were honorably discharged from active duty for a service connected disability and who served at least 30 continuous days after September 10, 2001
- Students who are a dependent eligible for Transfer of Entitlement under the Post-9/11 GI Bill®
